| The way we work

We assign a dedicated team; normally 2-4 specialists loft convertors to each property. We use specialists not tradesman. This method enables us to deliver
a dedicated team, at competitive prices.
The team will focus solely on one property, dedicating all their resources to completing the loft conversion with the minimum of fuss.
One of the core team is also a project manager, which provides our clients with a dedicated on-site contact to discuss all details, at their convenience. We also
utilise specialist tradesmen, i.e. electricians, plasterers and plumbers, we build partnerships with these specialists which ensures that the highest quality of
work is provided by everyone.

| Payment Schedules |
| Payment schedules are created for all clients and discussed at our planning stage, they outline what work
will be completed within a given time, with a budget aligned to it, we will also advise what payments are made and to whom. Some of our specialists
will be paid directly by our clients; once again this keeps our prices competitive. |
| Legal liabilities |
Lofty Creations is responsible for all works carried out at our clients' premesis. We carry comprehensive insurance for the following:
Public Liability cover of £5,000,000
This covers legal liability for accidental injury to third parties and their property arising from the business.
Employer's liability cover of £10,000,000
This covers legal liability for death or injury to employees caused in the course of their employment.
Contract Works cover of £100,000
The covers physical loss or damage by an insured peril to buildings in course of erection and the materials, plant works and equipment
associated with the construction.
