Some of the typical questions our clients ask us...
How do you manage to complete the build process so quickly?
We are able to complete the build process efficiently because we assign a dedicated team to a project, this team work solely on a single project from inception to completion. In addition we take responsibility for building regulations and therefore start work once the planning process is agreed.
What additional expenses does the client have to factor in?
Lofty Creations will discuss all electrical and plumbing requirements with the client and the initial proposal is based on this, however all sanitaryware, tiles and decorating are organised and paid for by the client. We offer an interior design service if required, and charged for as extra.
How do I know what the finishes will be like?
We will discuss the final specifications with you at planning stage and provide samples of all finishes as required, to help the decision making process.
Do you have liability insurance?
Yes, Lofty Creations has comprehensive insurance and guarantees all works for 10 years.
Who do clients liaise with on a day-to-day basis?
Each project is assigned a dedicated onsite project manager, who is one of the key team, providing a constant channel of communication at every step of the project. In addition, we have off site personnel who our clients can contact if they have any other queries or requests
Do you employ all your tradesmen?
No, we have partnerships with all key tradesmen which means we control the quality of the product but dont have the overheads associated with a large workforce.
Do you offer archetectural plans and building regulation control services?
Yes, we work with a number of qualified architects and carry out all building control regulations as dictated by local Councils.
